Day 165 - Jones Soda & The Princess and the Frog

We have visitors! My mom & sister Michelle are in town, just for the night - my brother has been at the Bonnaroo concert for the last few days and they came to town to pick him up and bring him home - Nick & his friends had a long drive today and he didn't get into town early enough to join us for dinner, so my mom, Michelle, Quinn and I headed to Blanc Burger on the Plaza. Q & I have been to the location in Leawood before - but this was the first time we checked out the location on the Plaza. It was fun & very urban feeling.

They are actually putting a Blanc Burger in Omaha - so I thought it would be fun to introduce my Momma & Shell-bell to it tonight.

Since Blanc Burger is all about their wide selection of bottled beverages, I ordered my first ever Jones Soda. Their interesting bottles always get my attention and the Berry Lemonade sounded nice & refreshing tonight.

Ahh . . . it was very tasty - the flavor was a little unexpected and slightly reminded me of cotton candy, but it was still good.

We all loved our burgers & fries and even ordered an extra burger for Nick to-go.

Other Firsts: Back at home, Michelle brought the movie Princess & The Frog with her - so we watched that while my mom & Quinn went to get Nick.

It was a cute movie - so Disney.
