Today I spent my morning volunteering with an amazing group. Our Catholic Charities Committee of Young Patrons rolled up our sleeves, put our work clothes on and helped out with New Roots for Refugees at Juniper Gardens.

I was touched by the individual stories we heard about some of the refugees. I hope to have the opportunity to help out again soon and will certainly support their farmers markets next spring and summer!
