Today was another gorgeous day in the mountains, Quinn, our brother in-laws Chad, Robert and I took the 4 older nieces & nephew fishing. The kids all did so great and it was a very peaceful, fun morning. Unfortunately, it wasn't a true fishing-trip, since we didn't catch any fish, but we all had a great time and these pictures pretty well sum up our little adventure.
We had our 2 four old nieces, Rowan & Remi in our car and because they were so good during our fishing adventure (and because it sounded good to me too ) we made a top secret stop for ice cream . . . Quinn went inside to get the cones while I waited in the car with the girls, when he came out I was rolling with laughter - these cones were as big as their faces and they loved every minute of it!
They didn't come close to finishing their ice cream, but they were all smiles as they tried and I must say these are 2 good, little secret keepers - they didn't mention a word to anyone, not even to brag to their older siblings :)
