Day 164 - Los Cabos

Quinn and I ended up staying in Nebraska for a while this afternoon . . . after the girls from the bachelorette party headed home I stuck around the cabin and waited for Quinn and my parents to come out for lunch and some more fun in the sun. Quinn water skied again today and he just keeps getting better every time he tries! I am so proud of his mad skill :)

We ended up getting home around 6 and after unloading the car and settling back in at home - we were hungry for dinner and decided to try a new Mexican restaurant called Los Cabos.

The atmosphere was great. We had a table outside and there were fun-colorful lights strung across the patio. There was a nice green space just to the side of patio with plenty of people walking & playing. It was a lovely summer night.

The food was pretty good - one unique thing is they have about 10 different salsas to choose from. We ended up trying 3 and they were all tasty - but nothing too amazing. I had the cheese enchiladas and Quinn ordered the fish tacos. Both our meals were good, but again nothing too fabulous.

It was a fun way to wrap up a crazy weekend. The patio was great and we will probably go back for a happy hour sometime soon.
