Day 71 - Sushi Jun

Tonight Quinn and I thought sushi sounded good and rather than going to our trusted favorite, Sushi Gin we decided to try a new place. We decieded on Sushi Jun - it's near our home and a place we have often considered, but had never made it to until tonight. (Gin/Jun . . . a bit confussing that the 2 sushi places in our area sound so similar)

We were there a bit later, aroun 9 PM so most of the people there were seating around the sushi bar, but there was no room for us so we were seated at a table in the main dinning area.

While sitting there I noticed a fun other area with larger tables that were the more traditional Japanese-style and made a mental note to come back and get a table in that area next time - it had a great ambiance.

Our dinner was very good, I wouldn't go as far as to say it was the best sushi ever, but still quit tasty. There was a lobster roll that was being featured tonight that we decided to order and it was the only disipointing item on our plate - still good, but the lobster was overcooked.

As we were finishing up our server brought us each a fresh orange, it was a nice light finish to a yummy dinner at Sushi Jun ~ I am sure we will return soon.
